Plannning our trip when we want to know more of our world
When we try to plan our holidays we must think of many things: the hotel, the flights, tickets and excursions; we just can’t travel to any place if we don’t even know where are we going to stay. A trip planning consists of establishing all the items and facts we need to know to have an unforgettable journey. As we said before, trip planning must establish what we want to do for our holidays, this also includes who is coming with us, and how much time we will spend. But our plan must be thought carefully since it will be the one capable of providing us organized journeys or adventures; each trip must be planned by taking steps, otherwise something would be always missing and we should not forget a single detail. The first obvious step is to think of how much money we have and how much are we able to spend, money here is the most important fact, according to the amount of money we have we’ll be able to visit 2, 3, 4 places (or even more), money will also tells us how much we can stay in a certain place and how many “stars” it can afford in a hotel. Once we know how much money we’ll invest, then, we can move on to the second step of our trip planning. |
In case we desire to travel abroad, there are many items to consider: flights, visas, accommodation, excursions, medical insurance, etc. These items are the most important above all in our trip planning; first of all if we want to travel abroad we must consider the language, if we speak English we won’t have further troubles but in case we don’t, we must think of a way of communication. Then we have visas, many people forget about this matter whenever they settle their trip planning, visas are crucial since nowadays is probable, in case we go to Europe, that the security at the airport asks for our permission or visa. If we travel to Spain or Italy we won’t need one, but in case we go to countries such us England or Australia we need a special permission. Once we have this problem solved we’ll move on to the flights and accommodation, according to all the events our society is living today, we advise tourists to travel as safer as they can, this means, paying a bit more but in a good airline. |

The most recommended airlines to travel are: British Airways, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Mexicana and Air France. They will not only offer security to our trip planning, but also prices we can easily afford. But before taking off, there is something else we must solve, our medical insurance. Nobody should leave the country without insurance, most of the people never think of the risks they run when they are in unknown lands; we are not aware of the hospital services, and how much they are going to cost. Assist Card is a very popular medical agency that could provide us an excellent service. Another item of our trip planning is the accommodation, we can settle this before or after leaving our country, in case we travel in high season the most recommended thing to do is to book a room (or rooms depending on how many people go with us), from our native country, otherwise we could find no place left at the time of the arrival. We can also get important discounts if we take a group of people with us; as many tourists the hotel receives the cheaper the price will be. Once there we have the excursions, they will depend on the place we are staying, if we want our trip planning to include many excursions we advise you to go to Europe. Europe is a continent designed to please tourists full-time, they have everything they need: hotels, hostels, luxurious hotels, etc; with the accommodation most of hotels include different kind of excursions which go beyond the region. |

Excursions can be included in our trip planning before leaving the country or we just can book them where we are; if we choose the first alternative we must affirm it will be less expensive. In case we don’t have enough money to pay a high class hotel or we are just no interested in spending so much money, many countries offer youth shelters. They are much cheaper than any hotel in Europe or in any country since they were built to host middle class students. Another solution that our trip planning could give is a campsite; these are very popular among kids and teenagers, they are also very cheap but we must think we won’t get the same benefits that a traditional room of a hotel could give us. We’ll have to share facts such us space, toiletes, living rooms, etc. |
