One of the most successful fountain is the one located on the wall, the wall mounted fountain; they are used in case we don’t have enough space in our garden, but this tendency became very fashionable and now no matter the space, their style makes such a statement, specially if we place it along the entryway to our house. These are the two greatest models, but anyway from them we can find some more with the addition of minor details; in fact fountains, they can be placed on the ground or on the wall, it doesn’t matter the size or model. Fountain gardens are not only beautiful to our eyes, but also very easy to maintain, most of the models come as self-contained, it means, we don’t need the help of a plumber to restore our fountain. Some of them are solar and some other electrical, in case we choose the last model we need to buy some electrical appliances for the installation.

We can see that having an outdoor fountain is not as complicated as we think, either its maintenance, but there is a crucial aspect we must consider if we want our garden to look great, and that aspect is the location of the fountain. This decoration device is very beautiful and can be even more beautiful if we find the right place to establish it. We can decide to have a small garden fountain at the front door, on our back yard or at both sides; we must think carefully how it will look and try many places before the final installation. To be sure that their functionality continues in the right way it’s important to keep it clean and this job is not difficult: we must clear out leaves and other dirt once a day so in that way we’ll prevent the pump from clogging up. We also need to maintain the water level according to the instructions we received at the time we bought it; in case of strong storms, they need to be covered to protect it against possible damages.

When we go on shopping in order to buy a garden fountain we can find several models that might catch our attention; we have stainless steel fountains which have a great range of quality since is made of wonderful materials. Their main characteristic is its long life since they are very resistant to exterior damages. We also find the patio fountains, designed for patios in case we don’t own a garden; they are made of stone, sand and polyethylene resin; their main advantage is their resistance against UV which makes them very strong lasting, at least 25 years. In the end we find the copper fountains, made only from copper, they can be located near a garden pond making the environment even more pleasant. Many of these models include accessories inside the fountain and are prepared to add some fish in case we desire. Although is very resistant, this product tends to oxidise if we don’t clean it at least once a week.
